Dear Members:

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome back the families that have renewed their membership.  Your continued support of THE LANDINGS is greatly appreciated and we look forward to keeping traditions of the Association alive and well.

We would also like to welcome the new neighbors who have recently moved into THE LANDINGS.  We think this is the BEST neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale and we are excited to have you join us.

THE LANDINGS RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION and its Board of Directors was created to represent our neighborhood and the members.  Out of 368 single-family homes in THE LANDINGS, over 200 families have joined our Association.  We are proud of the fact that we have one of the most active neighborhood associations in the community.  We provide a voice for you in the community, work toward improving our Hurricane preparedness, and want to make sure that THE LANDINGS stays as beautiful as it always has.

We hold Board meetings every month at various homes in the neighborhood.  There are many opportunities for you to become involved and I encourage you to contact us about any committee that you are interested in.  We are always in need of talented volunteers who have the desire to work on one of our committees and improve our neighborhood.

It is only with your support that we can continue to make THE LANDINGS a wonderful place to live.  I look forward to getting to know each of you in the coming months. Also, be sure to visit The Landings Boat Club.
