THE LANDINGS & BAY COLONY Magazine, our official neighborhood ‘newsletter’ since 2014, is a magazine-style, full-color publication. It is published 6x per year (every other month) and is mailed directly to every home and business in The Landings, as well as to our neighbors in Bay Colony, Bay Colony Club and Lake Estates. In addition to being a wonderful communications tool for our association and all of the homeowners and residents of The Landings and our nearby neighborhood friends, it provides an outstanding advertising opportunity for our local business community!
